This policy explains what personal data SimpleSell collects through simplesell.xyz, the creator portal and email, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep it short and plain on purpose.

1. Who we are

SimpleSell Agency ("SimpleSell", "we", "us") is a management agency for verified adult (18+) creators. We run this website, the application and contact forms, the creator portal and the email addresses at simplesell.xyz. For anything in this policy, email hello@simplesell.xyz.

2. What we collect

Information you give us

  • Creator applications: your name (legal or stage), email, Telegram or phone, country, the platforms you sell on, a monthly earnings range, your page or social links, your message, and your confirmation that you are 18 or older.
  • Contact form and support tickets: your name, email, company and budget (if you share them), the subject and every message in the conversation, including replies you send by email.
  • Creator portal accounts: your email, name, display name, Telegram, links and password. We never store your password itself, only a salted, one-way scrypt hash of it.
  • Shop purchases: your email, what you bought, the coin and network you paid with, the one-time payment address, the amounts sent and received, your confirmation that you're 18 or older, any request you write to the creator, and download activity on your order.
  • Creator shops: your shop handle, bio, products and the files you upload, and your payout wallet addresses.
  • Emails you send us: the message, any attachments, and the sender, recipient and technical header information that comes with it.

Information collected automatically

  • IP address, recorded with form submissions, tickets, sign-ins and incoming email, so we can prevent spam, abuse and account attacks.
  • Basic server logs (time, page requested, browser type) that our servers keep briefly for security and troubleshooting.

Age and identity verification

Before we work with anyone, we verify that they are at least 18 and are who they say they are. We explain how verification works, what we keep and for how long during the intro call. We never ask you to upload ID documents through this website.

3. Cookies

We only use cookies that are strictly necessary for the site to work:

  • ss_creator: keeps you signed in to the creator portal (up to 30 days, or until you sign out).
  • ss_admin: keeps SimpleSell staff signed in to the admin area.

Creator shops remember on your device (in your browser's local storage, not a cookie) that you confirmed you're 18 or older, so you aren't asked on every visit. You can clear it at any time in your browser settings.

We do not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies or tracking pixels, and our emails do not contain tracking pixels. Because these cookies are essential, there's no cookie banner. Blocking them will stop you signing in, but the rest of the site still works.

4. How we use your information

  • To review your application, contact you about it and onboard you if it's a fit.
  • To provide our management services, as set out in your management agreement.
  • To process shop orders: create your payment, confirm it, deliver your files and send order emails.
  • To answer contact requests and support tickets, including talent and partnership requests from brands.
  • To run your portal account: sign-in, password resets and keeping your profile up to date.
  • To send service emails such as confirmations, ticket replies, invites and password resets. We don't send marketing emails unless you've asked for them.
  • To keep our services secure, prevent spam and fraud, and enforce our Terms of Service.
  • To meet legal obligations, for example record-keeping or responding to lawful requests.

5. Legal bases (EEA and UK)

Where data protection laws such as the GDPR apply, we rely on: contract (to take steps before and during our agreement with you), legitimate interests (answering enquiries, keeping our services secure and improving them), consent (where you gave it, which you can withdraw at any time), and legal obligation.

6. Who we share it with

We don't sell or rent personal data. We share it only when needed:

  • Service providers that host our website, servers and email, under confidentiality and security obligations.
  • Platforms and brand partners, but only with a creator's agreement and only what is needed for the work they've approved.
  • Payment provider: shop payments are processed by NOWPayments. They receive the order amount, the coin and network, the payment address and the creator's payout wallet, and they process payments under their own privacy policy. We don't send them your email.
  • Creators you buy from see what you ordered and any request you wrote, but only a masked version of your email (like j•••@gmail.com). We pass on their delivery; they don't get your contact details.
  • Takedown requests: when we report leaked content on a creator's behalf, we share the minimum needed with the site hosting it.
  • Legal reasons: when the law requires it, or to protect the rights, safety and property of our creators, our users or SimpleSell.

Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts and some code libraries from public content delivery networks (cdnjs and unpkg). Like any website request, these services receive your IP address when your browser fetches those files.

7. How long we keep it

We keep personal data only as long as we need it for the purposes above. Applications we don't move forward with, finished support conversations and old emails are deleted once they're no longer needed. Creator account data is kept for as long as we work together and afterwards only as long as the law requires. You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time (see section 9).

8. Security

All traffic to simplesell.xyz is encrypted with HTTPS. Passwords are stored as salted scrypt hashes, sign-in sessions use secure, HTTP-only cookies, the admin area is restricted to SimpleSell staff, and the email we send is cryptographically signed (DKIM). No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to protect your information and will tell you promptly if a breach affects you.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask us to:

  • give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
  • correct anything that's wrong or incomplete;
  • delete your data;
  • restrict or object to how we use it;
  • send your data to you or another provider in a portable format;
  • withdraw consent you've given.

Email hello@simplesell.xyz. We may need to confirm it's really you, and we'll reply within 30 days. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

10. Adults only

Our services are only for adults aged 18 or older. We don't knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have, we delete it straight away. If you believe a minor has contacted us, please tell us at hello@simplesell.xyz.

11. International transfers

Our servers and service providers may be located in a different country from you. When your data is transferred across borders, we take steps to make sure it stays protected as described in this policy and as required by law.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services change. We'll change the date at the top, and if a change is significant we'll let creators with a portal account know by email.
